Webster defines a nurse as: "A person who is skilled or trained in carrying for the sick or under the supervision of a physician." Relaid was so much more! She was special! She was professional in performing duties with competence and great care. She communicates well connecting with me and showing compassion and empathy. She also showed a wonderful sense of humor, making my stay, although short, enjoyable and taking my mind off the pacemaker.
