Remedios Olaño is a very kind, patient, and thoughtful nurse. "Maam Remy" made our stressful situation positive by providing our daughter with excellent and compassionate care. Our family had a very tough time with what our daughter was going through but Maam Remy never failed to show her concern and was always ready to give extensive help and assistance, which we truly appreciate. I knew that every time she does a procedure to our daughter, she does it with love and care, not only because she is a nurse, but because she is a mother too. Whenever we ask for or request something, she attends to it in a very timely manner. She never forgets to smile and sympathizes too when the need arises. She is very competent, professional and hard working. She puts her heart in everything she does.
