Both Remy and Kim were exceptional. We started with Kim, who was very kind and immediately put us at ease. She put my husband’s IV in flawlessly. She was clearly an expert, and you can tell she loves what she does. She even stopped and helped a coworker in need. Remy came to relieve Kim. She, too, was very nice and accommodating. As we waited for the procedure, she kept us informed and checked in regularly. She laughed at my husband’s silly jokes and added levity. It was a wonderful experience.
