Rena L Penn, ADN, RN

Rena shows sincere concern every time I encounter her. She goes above and beyond to ensure my health and well-being needs are met. She had a genuine interest in my pain and what she can do to relieve my pain with meds and comforting conversations. I have had great nurses, but Nurse Rena, in my opinion and experience, is above the rest. She is number one! While spending five days on the unit…my cell stopped working, and in her free time, she took my phone and fixed it, returning it the next day. She was never late replacing my IV bags emptying my foley catheter bag, and giving me my pain meds. I can't say enough good thing about Nurse Rena… I am thankful that she is and has been my nurse who has made my five days in the hospital an experience I will always remember the way I was cared for.
