Renata was exceptionally nice. One night, I was having difficulty sleeping. She offered to make hot tea with honey. I agreed and it was delicious! Shortly after drinking the tea, she checked on me. Apparently, I fell asleep. Renata did many things for me and was always pleasant. She made my long stay pleasant. The next night Renata gave me tea again which helped me sleep. She was careful and gentle drawing blood, which was done a lot.
