Renata Sweigard, RN

Renata Sweigard has demonstrated remarkable leadership in her role as a registered nurse. Her work ethic for her job can be summed up in three words: preparation, support, and passion. She goes into the community every day to care for CSN clients. Her tireless effort to care for clients and communicate with them is nothing short of miraculous. Even the difficult clients enjoy her visits. Her work goes unseen by COBH and most coworkers at CSN.
For this reason, she should be recognized as an outstanding individual. She makes a difference in the clients' and caseworkers' lives by visiting them and convincing them to take their shots and/or medication. We can’t count the numerous times a client has refused injections, and she uses compassion and caring to get them to comply.
