I absolutely LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this nurse. He completed a thorough assessment on my mom (head to toe). I am a retired nurse from Chelsea, and he exhibited all the behaviors I value as a nurse myself. When he said he would be back, he was. He always did what he said and said what he did.

I stayed every night with my mom, and if I had known Rene was working and caring for my mom, I would have felt completely comfortable leaving her in his care and going home. He should precept new hires if he isn't already. I cannot express enough the confidence in his care that I had due to his communication, frequent checks, and assessments. He was awesome; I just LOVED him!
