My son had the luck of having Renee as his nurse for many days. Even on the daysthat she wasn't his nurse, she would check on him and help his current nurse. She knew him. When he started to not do so well for a few days she fought for him and pushed to make sure they did everything they could to figure out what was wrong. Even after discharge, Renee has attended follow up appointments with us because she genuinely cares that much about my baby. I could not imagine our stay at Upstate without her care. She has impacted our lives and will forever be a part of our family.
