Renee is a very warm and caring professional. She greeted me with a smile and was very interested in helping me to the best of her ability. Unfortunately, I had an adverse reaction to an infusion and was admitted. Renee made sure I had everything I needed. She checked on me regularly while I finished my infusion all the while being extremely quiet to afford me and opportunity to rest. She took time to get to know me on a personal level.
