Renee was a lead in the home health care for my mom. I only experienced her care through my mom, which was very comprehensive and thorough. My mom, Debbie Ristau, was in need of home health care and had PT/OT and Nursing after having hip surgery from falling on a patch of ice. She looked forward to everyone’s visits, and the whole team was excellent in communicating recovery needs and expectations, and they were all so kind.

I never once had a concern or even a question about her care needs. Mom continues her exercises and speaks of Renee, especially, as she felt seen and cared for by Renee, and that is no small task. Mom always felt very well cared for and trusted the recommendations, even if she did not always follow them. She was in good hands with any concern or question, and it felt like Renee stayed with her to ensure she would be in the best spot for a full recovery.

Having someone take care of your mom is a big deal, and trusting this process was a new experience for my mom. She would always tell me about who was visiting, but the world stopped when her appointment with Renee was happening. Mom trusted Renee. Mom relied on her to be guided right, and she has been hesitant about trusting some of medicine—and Renee took time and gave good explanations of what was needed, which was exactly what my mom needed.
