Renee is the nurse manager of Surgical Inpatient and I believe she is more than a manager. She helps every member of the staff every single day that she is there. She is in rooms with patients, drawing labs, taking trays, administering meds, doing assessments - whatever staff members are in need of. She truly cares for the well-being of the patients and staff. She is an inspiration because of her helpful and loving spirit, not matter how busy she is.
