Renee Johnson 2025, RN

I admitted a paraplegic patient who seems to have been neglected at his previous facility. Renee spent time talking to the patient, called the provider, and recommended that he not return to said facility and find a replacement elsewhere. She also saw his Foley, assessed for potential UTI, called the provider for a UA, and collected the sample needed. Renee is always going above and beyond for our staff and patients and shows how much she cares.
