She was very kind to him and answered all of the 100 questions he asked.
My son was admitted to the hospital. We had been in the emergency room since 10 pm the night before. We hadn’t slept or really eaten since the day before. On this day, Renee was assigned to us. From the moment she entered our room, she was super nice and caring. My son had slept for a few hours, so around 10 pm, my body was shutting down, and I was super tired, but then my son was awake and full of energy. Renee kept coming in, checking on him, entertaining him, and even took a couple of pictures with him because he begged. While my eyes were closed, I could hear her asking my son to let me get some rest. She showed my son how to push the button on the call box if he needed anything while I was sleeping. Going in and out of my sleep, I heard her bring him crackers and juice and just check to make sure he was ok. She was very kind to him and answered all of the 100 questions he asked. Renee is an amazing nurse, and you can tell she loves what she does. She made us very comfortable while caring for my son. I am forever grateful for her and our first experience having to sleep over.
