As my roommate was getting discharged to leave, Renee said to her, "It was a pleasure to work with you!" Those words radiated through me as each time Renee walked into our room to care for me I felt like I was her only patient and she was pleased to care for me. Beyond being knowledgeable of my care plan she made it a point to take time to answer my questions, reach out to my doctors if needed, and make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.
Renee was very calm, and her personality and bedside manner cannot be topped. She made it a point to get to know me by asking about my family and we chatted about shows we liked which was a nice distraction and made her relatable. Renee added a personal touch to her care for me.
