Renee provided excellent care to her patient. She worked compassionately, yet effectively, to have the patient understand what had happened and what he needed to do to improve. She encouraged her patient to attempt to be independent. Renee redirected and provided genuine reassurance so that the patient was calm most of the day. Her attention to detail was amazing. I wanted to ensure that Renee was thanked.
