Renee Wells contacted me after she couldn't reach my elderly mother who had been complaining of shortness of breath. After getting my mom to the Emergency Room, she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Renee's caring, concern, and efforts to contact me, helped my mom receive the attention she needed at the time. Renee went above and beyond that day, and she is always there when needed.
