Renee is simply amazing. As the RN3 for the orthopedic service Renee works tirelessly every day to make sure that every ortho patient gets excellent care. Renee goes into each room to ensure the staff has what they need to care for their patients and helps to ensure the procedure goes as smoothly as possible. Renee is a positive role model to the staff. She embodies the 'patients are first' ideals, is committed to the mission, communicates effectively with the staff and surgeons and takes responsibility to meet patient needs. Renee is also very involved in putting together staff parties and recognition events. She enthusiastically helps to plan and execute such events. Renee is beloved by the staff and surgeons, always striving to be the best. Renee is very deserving of the DAISY Award!
