Reneen McIntire, RN

I am honored to nominate Reneen for The DAISY for all of her extraordinary dedication and care given as a nurse on the unit. During my time being cared for, she went above and beyond constantly monitoring me. She was constantly updating me and my doctors on my condition, orders, and any changes in my care. She was never in a rush and took the time to calm my fears and answer questions. Reneen was willing to step up and help her aide as needed and refused to leave extra work for the next shift. I wholeheartedly nominate her for the DAISY Award because of her clinical excellence, compassion in giving care, and positive impact on patients. Moments like this truly highlight what an extraordinary nurse Reneen is.
