Renelyn has joined our team 6 months in a time of many changes and challenges. She focused in developing her skills to be able to help us and has been very proactive in completing the trainings provided and reflecting on her practice. She has gradually developed her confidence and is now able to independently assess and provide holistic care to our patients and support the teams for the best treatment pathway and safe discharges. She found strategies to understand the different processes and, at the same time, adjust to flexible working in different settings and help with all the different demands of the service. I am very proud of her work and dedication and very grateful for her patience and support.
