Renita Fernandes, MSN, RN

Renita has been a great Nurse, with a wealth of clinical experience, and as the lead of the department, she has worked well with her team over the past years. She serves as a great example to the team. She is compassionate and works hard for the team and the department. Members in Burke really love Renita. She always goes above and beyond to help members. There are a lot of incidents here in Burke that Renita helps and make sure the safety of our members.

She goes above and beyond with every patient. She never rushes them, makes them feel heard, follows up to ensure they are improving, and she has an amazing clinical judgment which serves our patients so well.

Renita is really caring and attentive towards members, really caring and takes time to talk and reassure with a lovely manner. She is always around to help out, a great team player, and lovely to have around!
