RENY JOSEPH, BSN, RN

We have worked in the same ward as Reny for the past year and she has always been an exemplary nurse. From helping our patients with all their issues, be it medical or social, cooperating with other staff and her involvement in the management of the patients, she is a nurse par excellence. Since she was a staff nurse until she become the Acting Head nurse, she started multiple programs for peritoneal dialysis to promote patient educations, interventions to reduce peritonitis, and she promoted other nurse’s educations and health educators. Her dedication and hardworking and leadership qualities have been inspiring.

There were several situations where she has helped with patient management, answers inquiries even during vacation or weekends Calm and wise during stressful events in the ward friendly with all medical staff in all levels All patients like her. The kids and their family love her and feel safe and happy during her watch. She is always smiling and handling situation in a perfect manner, always the first to come to the ward and she is the last person to leave the area.
