Not only was Reonda's calm nature reassuring during a woman's most vulnerable and difficult process, but she cared for us as if we were family.
I'd like to recognize Reonda for her outstanding care and compassion during my stay. A few weeks ago, I gave birth to my son and I was blessed enough to have her as my nurse during labor. Not only was her calm nature reassuring during a woman's most vulnerable and difficult process, but she cared for us as if we were family. She explained everything in detail and in terms that my husband and I could understand. She was encouraging and extremely comforting, especially when my husband had to step out during the administration of my epidural. Sadly, her shift was over an hour before the arrival of our son, but she made a point to come to visit us the next day and meet him. A few weeks after his arrival we returned to the hospital to get my son's hearing rechecked, and we saw Reonda! She gave me a hug and got to see my boy again. It was such a warm moment. I hope that she is my nurse for my future children, or that I have superb care like what I received from her.
