I came to NMC Al Nahda Medical Centre, Sharjah, UAE in an emergency as my son was suffering from stomach pain, and we were very tense. We did know the criteria to follow for consultation. Sister Reshma greeted us with a smile. She was about to go for her break but seeing us struggling, she came to us and guided us throughout the procedure of registration, consultation, even delivery of medication.
