Resty Reiner
During my several experiences caring for inpatients and as an inpatient at Siloam Hospital Paal Dua, I experienced friendly and attentive service.
Every question was valued and always followed up properly. Requests for specific needs were always responded to kindly, such as requests to raise the back of the bed and for gauze to compress a swollen hand. Resty even took the initiative to provide needs we didn't realize, such as a daily water bottle. I think all nurses are taught hospitality, but not all nurses can live it consistently if it doesn't come from a heart full of dedication that Resty possesses.
Last time I was treated here, I was in pain at dawn, and at that time Resty came in to check the IV so that I could be helped quickly through positive affirmations and continued medication per the doctor's instructions. Today, I saw an appreciation poster displayed in the room, and I thought about recognizing Nurse Resty with appreciation.
