Retta, along with the doctor, saved my mother's legs. The word amputation had come up, and that would have dashed all hopes of getting my mother home. Dr. C was willing to keep trying, so admitted my mother, and changed her meds. This then allowed Retta to begin working her magic. My mom's legs are healing beautifully now. Retta's “it's still daylight, not time to go home” plus her going out of her way to see my mother in outpatient speaks volumes of her love and dedication to her profession.
