Reuben is so good, helpful, and caring. He is the very best!

I get kidney stones over 7mm in size, so I have been admitted a lot to hospitals back home in Tennessee. Since being at the hospital, Reuben has been my nurse three days in a row. Reuben has gone above and beyond his duty as my nurse. He gave my 38-week pregnant wife meal cards, making sure that she ate, and he is actually taking an interest in her needs. He would check her blood pressure when I would ask without hesitation. He would always ask about her as well as me when he came into the room making sure we both had everything we needed to be comfortable.
Reuben would always be honest with me and the care I needed. He would come in and check on me and offer help. He was attentive to my pain and offered medication. He would ask if there was anything else he could do for me or my wife. It's these types of things that went above and beyond his duty. Reuben would also have conversations with me and tried to make me feel better about all the stress that's on me. His desire to be present in these moments with this kind of conversation reached me on another level. Reuben would also show that he cared about me personally in this way. Reuben talked me out of leaving AMA too.
I feel Reuben deserves recognition. I want to thank him for being an outstanding nurse!

I feel Reuben went above and beyond. He took care of me even when he didn't have to. He gave me meal cards and checked my vital signs since I'm 38 weeks pregnant. He showed my husband the utmost respect. He was interested in my baby and my husband. He is more than just clocking in for the job, he actually cares. I can tell he really shows an interest in his work. He went out of his way to do all of this for me, and I want to tell him thank you.
