I came to Al Sharq Hospital in July 2022. I was so nervous because of my severe abdominal pain, which was later diagnosed as gallbladder stones. Upon reaching the Emergency Room, ER staff attended to me on priority. ER doctors and nurses were fantastic and very humble. After initial treatment from the ER, they admitted me for further medical examination. Upon transferring to a private room, I got an immediate painkiller from my nurse from which I got a lot of relief. After the ultrasound, when the doctor confirmed that I had a gallbladder stone that needed to be removed through a medical surgical procedure. During this nervous situation, my room nurse, Ms. Revathi gave me a lot of support. On each visit, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Before my surgery, my nurse, Ms. Revathi guided me through every single procedure. Alhumdullilah I had my surgery successfully.
