On our very first day at the hospital, which was the day before the scheduled surgery, she welcomed us with a warm and kind smile. She explained all the instructions calmly and thoroughly, covering every detail we needed to know without any sign of annoyance or impatience. She was very open to all our questions.

When it came time to insert the IV, her hands were gentle, kind, and compassionate.

Whenever we asked for help, she would arrive quickly and assist with anything we needed. Every time she entered the room, she made an effort to bring laughter and lighten the atmosphere for the patient, doing everything she could to ease their pain.

She truly deserves the title of the best nurse on planet Earth.
