Rex Riley, BSN, RN

I was struck by Rex’s professionalism and warm demeanor from the very first interaction. When Rex received my father in the ICU, he immediately recognized that something wasn’t right. Without hesitation, he acted quickly and took my father for a CT scan to ensure no time was lost. On the way back from the scan, he made sure we had a chance to see my father before he was settled back into his ICU room. He took the time to explain what was happening and answered our questions with patience and clarity. I know nurses have incredibly demanding workloads, yet he never made us feel like a burden. Rex exemplifies what it means to be an extraordinary nurse. I am truly grateful for the care he gave my father and the kindness he showed our family.
