Any time a patient comes from the ED or transfers to our unit, Rey is always the first person to help get them situated in their new room even if she's not the main nurse. She always goes above and beyond making sure everyone else is caught up on their tasks. She is always willing to help no matter the situation. She is knowledgeable and flexible. Rey does not mind picking up extra shifts if she's available, definitely considered one of the good ones.
