Reylene did an outstanding job helping a member with a medication reaction who was possibly going into anaphylaxis. Her assessment was excellent; she did not delay care and provided exceptional member service by staying on the line with the member as they were driving to the emergency room. Her nursing judgment was on point, and she was able to provide safe and timely care to someone who needed emergency care. Great job, Reylene!
