Reyna Arenas dealt with us at a time where our family was overwhelmed and upset. She entered our room with hope and spirit. She must have known in advance our anger with not understanding the care (medical) for our daughter, but chipped away at our concerns. Reyna was pleasant and taught us to persevere and not give up. By the end of her shift we definitely had a different feeling about the care for our daugher. We learned a lot about the care you have to give.
