My father was struck by a car and was brought to the ER. My husband was allowed into the ER and was included in the "conversation" regarding his care. My father is quite deaf and has many medical conditions. He has also had recent procedures, requiring several medications. The staff listened to my husband, were very courteous, and appreciated his input.
