April 2021 Honoree
rhea vecino, RN, BSN
"Ate Rhei" as we fondly call her is known for being a silent worker. I witnessed how diligent she is and how she enjoys working in our department.
She always treats her patient with respect. She is an expert in reading CTG and is able to predict patient outcomes. I would often ask for her opinion regarding the status of my patient.
I can rely on her to great extent and I have never heard her complain about the heaviness of our workload. Good days and bad days, toxic shift or benign, she makes sure that patients get the best care that they deserve.
She has a good working relationship with everyone in our unit. She is friendly with all our staff including the housekeeping and auxiliary staff.
