Rhex greeted me when I was first brought to my room. He was patient as he started to make sure all my needs were addressed. I shared that I needed some personal hygiene items, so that I could take a shower right away. I didn't want to get into a freshly clean bed without taking a shower. Rhex ensured that I had enough towels and a new, fresh gown. He even brought me some cleaning wipes!

Nurse Rhex showed a degree of professionalism rarely seen today. Rhex has a calm temperament with his patients, and he is very accommodating. He showed real concern for me and others. I would say it's not one thing Rhex did, but a multiple of things he attended to. Rhex is very level-headed. Everything he did was done in a timely manner without losing control, despite how busy and hectic the shift had become.
