Rhian was attentive and, right at the beginning, made a meaningful connection with our autistic son, who was petrified of medical staff. He gained my son’s trust. He attended meetings with doctors and his turnovers with his relief were always thorough and precise, demonstrating his exceptional teamwork. His caring attitude was a significant contributing factor in my son getting well enough to be able to go home. He went over and above the call of duty, always asking us if there was anything else we needed or anything else he could do, exemplifying the highest standards of the nursing practice.
