Rhiannon A DeMilio, GPN

Rhiannon studies hard and asks questions in order to better understand her future patients, showing how much she loves learning. She worked before going to school and her baseline knowledge of anatomy has helped her drastically. Working out of the ED means you never know who you are going to run into but she is always kind to her patients and respectful.

Rhiannon works hard to educate others outside of school and work about preventative care measures. She actually listens to patients and their family members to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the plan of care. She works with dietary, imaging, doctors, other nurses, family members, etc. to keep everything perfect for her patient and does so with a smile on her face and in an organized fashion.

Rhiannon has taken care of many vulnerable patients. She is always a source of comfort for them and everyone else around her. She does what she knows is best, and if she doesn't know, she finds out. She always collaborates with her team to ensure positive outcomes for her patients. She is one of the most kind and caring nurses I have ever met.
