Rhiannon has been exceptional. She explained everything she was doing, each medication and what it does, and asked if we had any questions. She was very attentive to my husband and also to me. Very warm spirit, beautiful personality. She was on the ball. My husband had a kidney transplant and required a little extra care and she was right there for him. She kept his spirits high.

I'd had a really hard night and was nearly in meltdown mode by the AM shift change. In came Rhiannon with a positive, cheerful attitude... Rhiannon answered my questions in an unhurried and thorough manner, suggesting ways I could advocate for myself.
I also observed her mentoring [three] nursing students...I found even her execution of that duty was unusual in her thoroughness, kindness, caring, and mentoring. She is the perfect combination of no-nonsense and is hugely sensitive to the real and imagined appropriate anxieties of her patients.
Rhiannon is truly one in a million who doesn't let things slide, doesn't say she'll be back and then forget.
