Rhona Mackinnon, RN

Rhona is not only good at her job, she goes above and beyond to keep her patients from being depressed. She played music for my dad and danced while he was assigned as her patient and also when he was not. She brought such joy to my dad and my family. She would joke with him when she had to do blood draws, after blood draws, and tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Rhona always shared a kind word to our family and peeked in when my dad wasn't her patient to cheer him up. Rhona is the epitome of a great nurse. She instills confidence in patients by sharing her joy while caring for her patients. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, shows empathy, has a great sense of humor, has attention to detail, and is committed to helping her patients navigate their hospital stay.
