Rhonda was called at home by the mother of a patient who was actively dying. The patient was well-known to 10T. Rhonda came in after working the night before to comfort the patient and the family. She stood by the patient in the CMC Pineville ED when the mother was notified of the patient’s critical condition and was present when the patient passed away. The Mother stated Rhonda helped her get through this difficult situation with her understanding and compassionate care.
