I nominate Rhonda Brovold, RN as a deserving recipient of the DAISY Award.
Rhonda went above and beyond what a nurse does. On March 11th, 2012 I needed to have a C-section. That was something that I did not plan for. So I did not have my glasses at the time. Rhonda knew this and offered me her glasses so I would be able to see my son for the first time. I thought that was the best thing in my care! She was very kind and stayed by my side the whole time to make sure I was ok. She is the nurse I remember during my stay. She was so kind and thoughtful.
