Rhonda was so welcoming and genuinely excited to have students on the unit. She was patient with the students, answering their every question with compassion and in a way they could understand. Week after week, she went above and beyond for the students. She would always let me know if there was a specific patient or procedure happening that would be a learning experience for the students. She was always professional in her behavior and is a great example for the students on how to be a compassionate nurse. She truly cares for her patients, and they have an enduring respect for her.
