I feel Rhonda has great communication skills in dealing with staff and patients. She has great compassion toward her job and patients. I feel she possesses great integrity in her work. She is very kind and soft spoken. When in a difficult situation, she does her best to come up with the best solution while always having the patient's needs and concerns as the top priority.
