Rhonda Nesta cared for a patient who was suffering from a painful amputation. The patient was frequently hollering in pain. Rhonda sat with the patient and found out that he loves to play guitar. When Rhonda had a free moment, she went completely out of her way to go to the nearest pawn shop on her break and found him a guitar. The patient has been smiling, singing and playing guitar all day long. Rhonda showed true compassion, holistic care for her patient. I am so proud she is on our team.
