Rhonda Reed was compassionate. She showed sincere concern with everything she did. She took as long as needed to thoroughly explain every situation at hand. I never felt like a room number. I felt like a person, her top priority. If there was an issue large or small, she handled it with care. She made my hospital stay more peaceful than anyone ever has. Nursing is more than a job to her. Her patients are her heart. I always felt pure serenity with her beside me. She will forever hold a place in my heart.
