“…. My sincere thanks to Rhonda who I only met once but went over and above for me especially since she was going off shift. I had been promised and told I would be in a private room. Unfortunately, I was not after recovery. I was in extreme pain with my eyes, the room was so small and the other patient must have had (5) people with a screaming, crying baby next to me. When Rhonda came in and saw me crying and asked my husband and I what was wrong, we barely got it out of our mouths when she said – “don’t worry, I am going off shift but I will not leave until I see you are in the room you were promised.” And she did too! ….”
