Rhonda White is one of the kindest and most compassionate nurses I have ever worked alongside. She truly understands how to be a nurse leader, bringing the concern for people to the leadership role.
Unfortunately, in the midst of closing one of our units and the business of trying to solidify our team, we failed to properly celebrate nurse tech week, recognizing the important contributions they bring to our team. A couple of our charge nurses, including Rhonda, came together to plan breakfast and small gifts. Rhonda reached out to her sister to put together some nice gifts to encourage relaxation. Rhonda ensured each tech received a gift, including a couple of techs from other areas who have helped us out frequently.
When thinking about Rhonda's concern for patients, Rhonda goes truly above and beyond for patients. We are truly blessed to have Rhonda as one of our Fifth Floor Revivers!
