I would like to take this opportunity to commend the staff at the Day Clinic for their great service during my recent admission on 20 March 2025. In particular, I would like to commend the nurse allocated to me, Riana Ras, on her interaction with me throughout my short stay.
She made sure that I was comfortable, made the paperwork a breeze, and kept me informed of what to expect when. Upon discharge, she was really helpful in ensuring that I was okay and understood how to take my medicine and the potential side effects thereof. She arranged my follow-up consultation with the doctor for the next day. The overall experience was really a very pleasant surprise.
