I am the wife of your patient. Ricardo saw my struggle with walking and carrying bags and my portable oxygen (heart, pleural effusions, and cancer). He got a wheelchair and took me to the 5th level of the parking garage at night when I was all alone in the garage. He refused to leave until I was securely locked in the car. The next day, he recruited S to take me when his shift changed, and he could not take care of me. These two men made me feel safe and cared for. I'm grateful to them. Ricardo is an exceptional young man. May God bless him.
