All of my brother's nurses have been good, most very good, and one excellent. Riccia is outstanding! I was amazed to find out she has only been a nurse for one year. Her level of expertise seems more on the level of a veteran nurse. Her calm demeanor, her focus, her initiative, her creative thinking, her positive attitude, her compassion and kindness and the way she treated my brother and me as though we were her top priority. Phenomenal!
